Named after the place where they are based these liquorice sweets have been made for decades and been loved ever since.

The town was made famous for making these pontefract cakes and they have been a sure favourite for decades.

The embossed stamp was originally a stylised image of Pontefract Castle with a raven on the top bar, which is thought to have been in use for almost 400 years.
