Delivery prices are just £2.50 no matter where in the UK you live!
Orders placed before 12pm are generally sent out the same working day, however this is not always the case during busy periods.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email which outlines that the order has been picked and is ready for shipping.
Our courier collects our parcels everyday, however sometimes some parcels processed my not be sent the same day due to limited space in the delivery van.
Orders will then take 2-4 working days to arrive and can be tracked via the tracking link that you will receive in an email direct from Hermes.
Discount codes do not work on multi-buys or sale products
Some discount codes have an expiry date so this may have passed.
We have no control over when the courier delivers your parcel and so can not affect this in anyway.
Hermes will send you an email with an estimated delivery window however this can change due to circumstances out of our control.
Generally the delivery driver will try and deliver your parcel 3 times and if each times fails the parcel will be sent back to us.
If the parcel tracking has not updated for several days then please get in touch with us and we can investigate what is happening.
Unfortunately if the tracking shows the parcel was out for delivery one day and then no further update – this usually means the parcel has been lost somehow in the system.
We need to wait 7 days for this to update and escalate this to Hermes before we can issue any refund as often the parcel is re-delivered couple days later.
Once the tracking is showing no update and no further re-attempted deliveries after 7 days we will issue a full refund, we do not refund unti this time period has passed.
If your parcel is showing as being delivered but you are sure it has not then we need you to do couple checks before we an escalate it.
Check in your recycle bins, around your property, in your porch, garage or any out-buildings and check with neighbours if they saw a delivery van or car arrive.
If there is definitely no parcel at your property then please email us and we can escalate this to Hermes for them to check.
This will take 48-72 hours.
If you have sweets missing out of your order please email us via the contact form below and we can refund you for these.
We may ask for proof of missing items.
If your sweets arrive in a damaged state then please contact us via the form below and we can refund you for these.
Sometimes in hot weather our chocolate products suffer based on the delivery vehicle.
No sweets leave our warehouse in a damaged state, they are always damaged on route.
If you enter the wrong delivery address and we have sent it out then there is nothing we can do about this and we can not refund you for this mistake.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct address details and if this is wrong we can not be liable for this mistake.
We have deliveries almost daily so we are constantly restocking our products.
If a product is out of stock for a while it usually means our suppliers are out of stock of this item so we can not say when we will have it back.
We try to keep a 100% stock level but this is not alway the case.
