You will receive an order confirmation email from us when you first complete your order and this means we have the order and it is awaiting completion.
You will also get a 2nd email which will say your order is complete – so what does this mean?
Technically your order is not actually complete at this stage what we have done is printed the picking slip off, added your order to our couriers system and got the order ready to process.
The order is then normally completed either the same day or next business day and will be sent out that day also.
There is only 2 stages to our orders – placed and completed – so this is what the completed stage means.
It also means that it is not possible to change your address at this point as the order is already in the courier’s system and shipping label has been printed.
