If you have an issue with your delivery being damaged in any way please send us photos via the contact form below and exact details of which items were damaged, broken or missing and we can resolve for you.
Please include as much info as you can in 1st email so we do not have to ask for further details and we can resolve your issue quicker.
In most cases we will NOT resend items if they have been damaged on route, due to the fact they maybe damaged again, you will be refunded for these. Regardless of the fact you may need a specific amount for an event our policy is to refund and not resend.
