I did not get a confirmation email, has my order completed?

If you think you did not get a confirmation email then please check your junk box in your email account – as these emails often arrive in junk if you use Outlook, Hotmail or Gmail.

If you reached the “thank you for your order” page then your order will have completed and payment has been made. Once you arrive at this page we have the order in the system – and you should have received an order confirmation email so check your junk folders for this.

If you use Gmail there are new folders for “social/promotions/updates” so check these as well. If you use the Gmail app these are sometimes hidden and you do not always get a push notification, so check your app and all folders for this email as it will be there.

Order confirmation email are normally automatic and arrive within 1-5 minutes of ordering.

If you have an order number and have arrived at the thank you for your order page then this can be taken as fact that the order has completed, so if you did not receive an order confirmation email for any reason then you need not worry as an order number proves order was completed successfully.
