We try and give you clear information about when your parcel is likely to be sent across the top of the website pages. This notice will let you know when the order is to be processed and then how long delivery time is estimate to take.
Generally orders are processed within 1-3 working days depending on order volumes we are receiving. So if you order on a Monday your order should be sent out by Thursday at the latest.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after ordering – this may go into your junk folder, or promotions folder if using Gmail so look out for this.
You will then receive a 2nd email when your order has been completed and the courier is expecting your parcel. So once you receive this email you will know your parcel is on its way.
Once the order has been completed and we have printed the shipping label off the courier will also email you with a tracking link. You can use this tracking link to monitor the journey of the parcel until it reaches you door.
The courier will continue to email you with updates to the location of your parcel along its journey so you can be fully informed.
